Today, the property has an area of just over 67,000 square meters. There are 25,000 square meters of retail space divided into around 70 stores, 26,000 square meters of housing, 13,000 square meters of various office spaces, as well as areas for municipal activities and restaurants of various kinds.
Citycon took over on September 11, 2006 as the owner of the majority of the properties that make up Jakobsbergs Centrum. Citycon is Finland’s leading real estate company specializing in shopping centers and retail properties. Citycon is listed on the Finnish Stock Exchange.
